TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS
- PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
This document governs the provision of comprehensive maintenance services by HHOBIES CLEANER SERVICES LLC (HOCLES), which include general and deep cleaning (HOCLES Green Cleaning), 24/7 snow removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance.
- ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY COMMITMENT
- Green Cleaning: HOCLES is committed to using 100% eco-friendly products that protect the health of its staff and the Client’s employees.
- Certified Personnel: All services will be performed by highly trained personnel skilled in modern techniques and the operation of industrial equipment.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Client is not 100% satisfied with the result, HOCLES will correct the deficiency at no additional cost.
- OPERATING CONDITIONS PER SERVICE
- Commercial and Industrial Cleaning: Flexible scheduling will be arranged to avoid interfering with the Client’s operations. For industrial areas, heavy-duty cleaning protocols and strict safety measures will be implemented.
- Snow Management (24/7 Service): During storms, HOCLES guarantees immediate availability for cleaning parking lots and private roads. Eco-friendly salts and deicers will be used to prevent accidents.
- Exterior Maintenance: Includes pruning, landscaping, and lot clearing according to the contracted seasonal plan.
- RATES AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Contract Options: Clients may choose annual or monthly contracts, which may include discounts of 10% to 15% to ensure continuity.
- Introductory Offer: New business clients may receive a 20% discount on their first service or special offers for signing an annual contract.
- Seasonal Surcharges: Emergency snow services will be billed according to the current rate stipulated in the contract’s technical appendix.
- SAFETY AND LIABILITY
- Safety Protocols: HOCLES operates under strict protocols to protect client property and the safety of its staff.
- Insurance: The company maintains the necessary certifications and modern equipment to minimize operational risks.
- COMMUNICATION AND HONESTY
Both parties agree to maintain clear and transparent communication. Any changes to the scope of service must be communicated through HOCLES’ official channels.
- CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL
The retention rate will be evaluated at 6 and 12 months. Early termination conditions will be defined in each client’s individual contract based on the type of service (Cleaning, Snow Removal, or Gardening).

- Industrial Green Cleaning Protocol (HOCLES Green Cleaning)
Service designed for warehouses, factories, and distribution centers that require high standards of hygiene and regulatory compliance:
- Sustainable Supplies: Exclusive use of certified eco-friendly cleaning products to guarantee a toxin-free work environment for employees.
- Specialized Machinery: Use of industrial floor scrubbers and high-powered equipment for treating large surfaces and heavy-duty cleaning.
- Personnel Certification: The assigned team has advanced technical training in waste management and machinery operation in industrial environments.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work is performed at times that do not interrupt the client’s supply chain or production shifts.
- Guarantee and Responsibility
- Remedy Guarantee: In the event of any technical discrepancy, HOCLES commits to correcting the service at no additional charge, adhering to the values of quality and honesty.
- Security Commitment: Strict adherence to security protocols for the protection of the client’s infrastructure and the integrity of operational personnel.
